These terms apply to every order placed on healthywelness.com. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Research use policy, Shipping policy, Refunds & reshipping and Privacy policy.

1. Who we are

2. Research use only

• All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, food, supplements or cosmetics and must not be used in humans or animals.
• You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for research purposes. You confirm this at checkout.
• We may cancel any order, and refund any payment received, if we believe products are intended for human or veterinary use or the purchase would break the law.
• We do not provide dosing, administration or medical advice.

3. How ordering works

1. You place an order on the website. No payment is taken at this stage, and the order is a request to buy, not yet a contract.
2. We check stock and calculate shipping to your address, then email you the order total including shipping and a payment link or instructions.
3. The contract is formed when we receive your payment in full. If payment is not received within 【待填写：天数，例如 7】 days, the order is cancelled.
4. We ship once payment has cleared and email you the tracking number.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are per box of 10 vials unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping is quoted separately for each order and is added to the total before you pay.
• Prices exclude any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country, which are your responsibility.
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before you pay and you may cancel at no cost.

5. Shipping, customs and risk

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for making sure the products may be legally imported into your country.
• Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Lost, seized or damaged parcels are handled under our Refunds & reshipping policy.
• Please check the shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you supplied.

6. Product information and quality

• Each lot is tested before release and its certificate of analysis is published under the lot number on the vial.
• Product descriptions summarise published research and are provided for information only. They are not claims about safety or effectiveness for any use.
• Store products as stated on the product page. We are not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before you pay. After payment, cancellations, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refunds & reshipping policy. For safety reasons we do not accept returns of opened vials.

8. Limitation of liability

• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the products contrary to these terms or the Research use policy, including any use in humans or animals.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law
