Lost or seized parcels

Damaged vials
Send a photo of the damaged vial and its lot number within 【待填写：天数】 days of delivery and we will replace it.
Purity disputes
If an independent test of a sealed vial shows purity below the figure on our certificate, send us the report and we will 【待填写：处理方式：退款/补发/承担检测费】.
Returns
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened vials.
